Refund- You can return items for a full refund minus the postage within 30 days of your purchase as long as they are unused and from a smoke free environment. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase we cannot offer you a refund.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund. If you are entitled to a refund, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable though these items may be exchanged for a different size.

Custom sized belts are non refundable. 

Climbing equipment is non returnable, bar a manufacturing fault. 

Exchange- You may return an item for exchange of a different size or another product of the same price.

It is imperative that the information above is sent with any returned item. Without this information we cannot process any returned items. 



We are currently still at full production capability, however due to the escalating situation with the pandemic there could be constraints and even a cessation in production in the near future if stricter social distancing measures or a full lock-down are enforced in the UK, which will impact lead and shipping times. Please can all customers be aware that there will be no refunds on products ordered during this time due to lead-time or shipping because this is out of our control.
